PoliciesReservations: Reservations must be guaranteed in advance by payment of one night's lodging or 50% of the stay, whichever is greater. Cash, check or credit card.Cancellations: 14-day advance notice of cancellation is required. A 30-day advance notice is required for stays of more than three nights, or reservations of more than one room. If you must cancel with a shorter notice than 14 days prior to your arrival date, your credit card will be charged 50% of your stay PLUS a $25 processing fee. A $25 minimum charge will apply to all cancellations.Rates: All room rates are based on double occupancy.
