Reservations: Reservations must be guaranteed in advance with a valid credit card.

THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THE CANCELLATION POLICES NOTED BELOW FOR ANY REASON OTHER THAN THE COMPLETE CLOSURE OF YOSEMITE NATIONAL PARK. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND TRIP INSURANCE. SINGLE NIGHT RESERVATIONS CANNOT BE CANCELLED, OR CHANGED FOR ANY REASON.

Children: This is an adult facility. The Inn is not suitable for young children, or infants and we do not accept reservations including children under 13 years of age.

USE OF OUR PROPERTY IS FOR REGISTERED GUESTS ONLY! NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS WILL BE ALLOWED ON OUR PROPERTY WITH THE EXCEPTION OF EMERGENCY VEHICLES/PERSONNEL. WE DO NOT SERVE BREAKFAST TO PEOPLE NOT REGISTERED/STAYING AT THE INN.

Rates: All room rates are based on double occupancy. There is a $50 per person charge for extra people.

Single Nights: ALL SINGLE NIGHT RESERVATIONS ARE NON-CANCELABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Cancellation Charges: A $50 minimum charge will apply to ALL cancellations. There are no exceptions FOR ANY REASON OTHER THAN COMPLETE CLOSURE OF YOSEMITE NATIONAL PARK. We highly recommend purchasing trip insurance as we do enforce this policy. Cancellations 15-days or MORE will be charged $50.Cancellations 14 days or LESS will be charged $50 PLUS 50% of their reserved stay. If the room is re-rented a credit will be issued equal to the number of nights rented less a $50 processing fee. Cancellations within 72 hours, or less prior to 4:00 check-in time are treated as no-shows, and will be liable for $50 PLUS 100% of the booking charge. If the room is re-rented a credit will be issued equal to the number of nights rented less a $50 processing fee.

A 30-day advance notice of cancellation is required on stays of 4 nights or more, or bookings of two or more rooms and the $50 minimum fee will apply. A 50% deposit is required for stays of 4 or more nights, and/or two or more rooms. Cancellation of bookings of 4 or more nights, or two or more rooms within 30 days of your stay will be charged 50% plus $50, and 100% plus $50 if cancelled within 7 days. As above, if the rooms are re-rented, a credit will be issued equal to the number of nights rented less a $50 fee.

We highly recommend purchasing trip insurance as we do enforce this policy!


Large Groups: Due to limited staffing, we do not accept reservations for large groups traveling together, nor do we rent out the entire facility during the period May-October. Renting 3, or more rooms by the same group traveling together is considered a large group.

Check In: Between 4 pm and 8 pm. We encourage earlier arrivals after 11 a.m on the scheduled arrival date and can accommodate late arrivals. However, because we are a small inn please make a request on the day of arrival. Arrivals after 8:00 pm will have a letter of welcome, with room keys enclosed, waiting at the front door of the Main Building.

Check Out: 11:00 a.m.

Cookies: Daily fresh-baked chocolate chip cookies, water, tea and coffee are always complimentary.

Smoking: Absolutely NO SMOKING is permitted inside the inn, or ANYWHERE on the grounds. THIS POLICY INCLUDES MARIJUANA CIGARETTES. We live in the forest and fire danger is high. Violators are subject to a $250 fine. Please don’t force us to do this!!!

Pets: We are sorry but we cannot accommodate pets, or animals of any kind.

Breakfast: A full two-course hot breakfast is served to guests at the same time, (8 am) each morning. If you choose an activity in the park that requires an early departure before our regular breakfast is served, we can provide a light meal of granola, fruit and yogurt in the refrigerator in your room. We are a Bed and Breakfast not a hotel and therefore, do not have the ability to serve the full hot breakfast at varying times, nor is it served buffet style.

Miscellaneous: Absolutely no candles permitted in the inn, or anywhere on its grounds. Electric votive candles are available upon request from the inn for special occasions.

Navigation Shortcuts: Our inn’s website can be navigated by using the tab key to traverse the elements of each page and by using the enter key to activate a highlighted link.
